Therefore, the majority of our work is done at the local level.  Any work done at a larger level, state-wide or nationally, is done to support local grassroots efforts.

 PREVENTION NETWORK GRANTS

As of August 1st, 2011 we have expended all available substance abuse prevention grant funds for our fiscal year ending September 30th.   Therefore, we will not be accepting substance abuse prevention grant applications for the months of October, November, December January 2012, TBD.

This applies to the Prevention Network substance abuse prevention grant program only.  Grant funds are still available for the Community Connections grant and the Young Men of Color grant. Those eligible for these grant opportunities are still encouraged to apply.

Our new fiscal year begins October 1st, 2011.  We are in the process of determining what substance abuse prevention grant funding will be available at that time. Those interested in applying should first contact Ken Dail at (800) 968- 4968 to ensure availability of funds and project eligibility.
